jc職業(yè)生涯管理的調(diào)查與分析?

摘要:文章采用實(shí)地調(diào)研的方法,對(duì)jc的職業(yè)生涯管理狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析。jc的職業(yè)生涯管理一方面表現(xiàn)為個(gè)人規(guī)劃意識(shí)不強(qiáng),職業(yè)發(fā)展定位不明確;另一方面則表現(xiàn)為公安機(jī)關(guān)及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)jc職業(yè)發(fā)展的管理與機(jī)制缺位。針對(duì)這些問題,運(yùn)用職業(yè)生涯相關(guān)理論,提出了jc職業(yè)生涯錨的構(gòu)想以及在職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展中提供組織幫助的一些方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)jc個(gè)人發(fā)展與組織發(fā)展目標(biāo)的協(xié)調(diào)與統(tǒng)一。

Investigation and Analyses of Career Management on the Police

Abstract: This paper uses field research methods, conducts an investigation and analysis on the career management of the police. Career management of the police performances as the one hand, a not strong awareness of personal planning, career development orientation is not clear; on the other hand showed, the management and system of career development in the police is missing. To solve these problems, using career-related theories, the concept of the police career anchors is presented and some of the ways in career development with organizational help are provided, to achieve the coordination of the personal and organizational development of the police.

公安機(jī)關(guān)是我國(guó)規(guī)模{zd0}、人數(shù)最多的一支公務(wù)員隊(duì)伍。在公安機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)部挖掘警力資源是開發(fā)公安機(jī)關(guān)人力資源的科學(xué)有效途徑,而推動(dòng)jc職業(yè)生涯健康發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的重要保障。面對(duì)時(shí)代發(fā)展與現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境因素的影響和制約,公安隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中逐漸表現(xiàn)出許多不穩(wěn)定因素,如:思想政治工作起不到應(yīng)有的教育與提高素質(zhì)的作用、職務(wù)晉升與職業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏必要的引導(dǎo)與規(guī)劃、培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)與激勵(lì)監(jiān)督等機(jī)制不能調(diào)動(dòng)民警工作熱情與積極性等。針對(duì)這些問題,本文從人力資源管理的理論中引進(jìn)jc職業(yè)發(fā)展的理念,建立jc職業(yè)生涯錨構(gòu)想,從jc個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方法及公安機(jī)關(guān)如何提供組織幫助的角度推進(jìn)公安機(jī)關(guān)隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
