布局介紹：

通風目的：
在實驗室特殊環(huán)境中通常要接觸易燃易爆、高溫蒸汽、易揮發(fā)及有毒有害不明物質，這些物質對工作人員身心健康及環(huán)境有極大的傷害性，因此，為創(chuàng)建一個安全、舒適的實驗室環(huán)境，必須用科學方法分類設計通風系統(tǒng)。

 The chemical agents are very harmful to the health of the lab workers and environment. The chemical agent includes flammable gas, steam, volatile and ambiguous chemical. It is necessary to design the ventilation system for laboratory with scientific mode and create a safety for the workers.

通風設備：
通風柜、通風罩、抽風藥品柜、排風機、排風管道。
通風設計：
1.通風柜表面風速為0.5±0.1m/s;
2.保持實驗室換氣次數每小時8-12次，室內為微負壓狀態(tài)；
3.送排風比例：送風量是排風量的80%，其余從門窗縫隙補充；
4.單個系統(tǒng)的實驗設備設計在同一房間或同一樓層相鄰房間，盡量不跨層，便于控制；5. 有機實驗和無機實驗分系統(tǒng)排風。儀器室通風系統(tǒng)與化學分析室通風系統(tǒng)分開排風，避免氣體串流，腐蝕精密儀器；
6.實驗室設備4-6臺使用變頻控制系統(tǒng)；
7.實驗室設備4臺以上使用VAV控制系統(tǒng)，節(jié)能、安全；
8.使用帶補風通風柜，減少夏天冷源、冬天熱源的損失；
9.設計補風系統(tǒng)；

1. Fume hood face velocity shall be 100fpm (0.5±0.1m/s).
2. The room should be 8-12 air changes per hour and should be low negative pressure.
3. It is balance between air supply and air exhaust.
4. The fume hood and canopy hood should be designed in the same room or same floor of the adjacent room in a ventilation system, not to cross-layer.
5. It should be divided between organic and inorganic experiment ventilation. It should be divided between instrument and chemical laboratory ventilation to avoid the chemical gas eat into the precision instrument.
6. There should be designed the ventilation controlling with transducer when it have 4-6 set fume hood.
7. There should be designed Variable Air Volume System when the laboratory have 4 set fume hood.
8. There should be designed air-supply of fume hood.

The equipment includes fume hood, canopy hood, cabinet of acid, exhaust fan, exhaust duct.

特點：
1.排風設備少，整個系統(tǒng)排風量??；
2.風速較大，主要承擔了實驗室的換氣風量；
3.能耗大。

變風量排風系統(tǒng)：
以通風柜恒定的表面風速，科學系統(tǒng)地排除柜內有毒氣體，不VAV至于溢出柜內影響操作人員身體健康。

特點：
1.表面風速恒定，不受柜門開啟影響；
2.柜內氣體氣流平穩(wěn)，不產生渦流或紊流，不外溢；
3.節(jié)能。

變頻控制排風系統(tǒng)：
因通風設備的啟停而改變風機的功率，以達到節(jié)能效果。此系統(tǒng)一般控制4-6臺通風設備。

特點：
1.延長風機的使用壽命；
2.控制通風柜的風量；
3.節(jié)能。
