1/8jjau系列噴嘴與1/4JAU系列噴嘴功能是一致的，只是結構上緊湊精巧，適合空間狹小的場合使用。

1/8JJAU系列噴嘴的大的特點是一個內部氣體驅動腔，能夠控制噴霧的開和關，每分鐘最快運行180次。

在噴嘴本體上有一個霧化空氣入口AIR和液體入口LIQUID，螺紋接口為1/8，另外針閥驅動腔空氣入口為CYL。

噴嘴本體可以與專用的迷你型噴霧裝置配合使用。

撞針霧化噴嘴原理:

撞針霧化噴嘴液體從噴嘴口高速射出，與噴嘴出口的圓盤頂針互相碰撞，或者兩股流體互相碰撞形成細小液滴，噴出均勻的霧化顆粒，在某些應用中，這種噴嘴甚至替許多昂貴的采用壓縮空氣或水蒸氣，為第二流體的雙流體空氣霧化噴嘴。引進美國先進的打孔設備，打孔孔徑在0.1毫米—0.15毫米之間，在70kg-120kg的壓力下，噴嘴形成極細密的霧化。
