HJ系列高溫高壓染色機
該機采用了新型噴嘴，鐵氟隆濾柵及擴布系統(tǒng)，每管容量可達500kg，浴比1:5.5~1:8，是當今市場流行的一款大容量環(huán)保型染色機。
This machine uses a new type of nozzle ,Teflon grids and spreading systems, with a maximum capacity of 500kg of cloth and liquor ratio of 1:5.5-1:8.It is anout the most popular, large and the most environmental-friendly dyeing machine on the market today.
1. 容量大：每管裝載量混紡布可達500kg左右，純棉布450kg左右。
Large capacity: each tube can hold about 500kg of blended fabric, and about 450kg of cotton fabric.
2. 浴比?。寒斆抗墚a(chǎn)量500kg時，浴比1:5.5。
Low liquor ratio: when the capacity of each tube reaches uo to 500kg,the liquor ratio is 1:5.5.
3. 環(huán)保型：低耗水量，低耗能，低排放量，低耗電量。
Environmental protection: low consumption of water ,energy,discharge and power.
4. 效果好：擴布裝置，織物呈現(xiàn)松弛狀，無折痕，成品處染效果好。
Good effect: a high-quality opening system for fabric,which makes fabric falbby and makes the finished product a good effect,with no kind mark.
5.適應(yīng)范圍廣：適合50g/米~800g/米的化纖、純棉、超纖、混紡織物，對800g/米左右的起毛裝飾布也能達到滿意的染色效果。
Wide application range: it is suitable for chemical fiber ,pure cotton,micro fibers and blend fabrics of 50g/meter-800g /meter .Besides,it gives good dyeing for fuzz vestee of around 800g/meter.
